The Educational Administration Program offers two graduate degrees for those interested in receiving a Master’s Degree without a licensure component.
General Master's Degree
The General Master's Degree program involves a minimum of 48 quarter hours encompassing the study of the foundations of educational leadership, the nature of school organizations, human relations in educational organizations, and research methods and applications. Additional specialized study and field experiences are included to prepare the students for varied administrative roles.
The Master's degree in General Educational Administration is intended to provide a program that is responsive to a broad range of needs. The degree, which has been in existence for several decades, is for the purpose of providing considerable latitude for individual and groups of students in the selection of electives to correspond to their interests and needs.

Teacher-Leader Master’s Degree Program
This graduate program is designed to meet the needs of classroom teachers who are instructional leaders within their districts, do not have a master's degree and are looking towards attaining new levels of teacher licensure in the future.
The program will provide students with an enhanced understanding of leadership, coaching, mentoring and other teaching and learning matters. Students will leave the program with the skills needed to apply for Master Teacher Designation through the Ohio Department of Education with many of the courses transferable to the Principal Preparation Program at a later time. The Master’s in Teacher Leadership will offer a flexible schedule, with classes scheduled every other Saturday through the school year and a more accelerated pace during the summer. The degree can be completed in five quarters.
