Mentor Quality Matters: Supporting a Continuum of Teacher Development

These self-paced modules include an overview of mentoring (i.e.: definitions, mentor qualities, mentoring styles), as well as an overview of Ohio’s Continuum of Teacher Development and its alignment with OSTP. Participants will have the opportunity to communicate via “Blackboard” and interact with other cooperating teachers/mentors, principals and SEOTDC university teacher educators.
