Progressing in Teacher Preparation Programs
It is possible to complete our undergraduate programs in four years. However, to progress through our programs as expected, students must meet performance standards. Decisions about a student's advancement through a teacher preparation program at Ohio University, regardless of college enrollment or campus attended, are based on multiple assessments. Decisions are made at various points, including admission to the University, "admission to Professional Education," "admission to Advanced Standing," "admission to professional internship," and at program completion.
