RENTAL POLICY

*Due to fee changes, we are no longer accepting any old forms. You MUST fill out the above form in order to rent equipment.*

Equipment Rental Form (policy updated 1/29/2013)

RENTAL FEES: If you are not enrolled in the Patton College of Education for your degree program, you will be charged the below rental fees. Patrons enrolled in the Patton College of Education will not be charged the rental fee, however , ALL students are responsible for any late fees regardless of college association.

LATE FEES: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all equipment is checked out for three days and is to be returned by 5:00 PM on the 3^rd day. Equipment can only be renewed once, and you must be present with the equipment for renewal. Equipment not returned on time will be charged an additional day’s rental fee for each day it is late. The same late fees apply to equipment for which there is no original rental fee. All fees are billed to your student account or to program’s budget account.
