The Parent Advisory Council (P.A.C.) is a volunteer organization of parents, guardians, educators, school administrators, and the community at-large working together to promote the education and well-being of all Upward Bound students.
The purpose of P.A.C. is to provide an opportunity for UB parents/guardians to get assistance with developing the skills needed to raise and protect their children, increase knowledge of and gain access to community resources, fundraise, and ensure the academic success of their son/daughter during participation.
