Walk-In Appointments
Floyd Doney, Academic Advisor

Floyd Doney, an academic advisor,
helps a student during a "walk-in"
appointment.

A Student Services Administrator is available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily to help undergraduate students with academic transactions that require attention and that can be handled in less than 15 minutes. "Walk-in" services are held at various times through out the day. To take advantage of the "walk-in" service, check with the information desk in the lobby of McCracken Hall for daily schedule of openings. During busy times, a sign-up sheet will be available.  Examples of transactions that can be handled in a "walk-in appointment" include:

  • Withdrawing from the University or canceling registration
  • Dropping and adding classes
  • Registering for a course with a pass/fail option
  • Exceeding maximum number of hours
  • Taking Life-Long-Learning classes
  • Appealing for a refund
  • Exceeding maximum number of retakes or repeats for a course
