A paper copy of the completed application must be submitted to the Office of Field Experiences and Professional Intenships no later than November 1 of the academic year preceding the year in which a placement is desired. Send the application to the address indicated on the form.

Students are enrolled in 16 quarter hours of credit when completing the professional internship experience. Because the experience is extremely time intensive, students in general are not permitted to take other classes concurrent with their internship. In extreme cases, exceptions are made.
